Defective Items:

  1. Reporting and Returning Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery. We request that you return the defective item for inspection.
  2. Exchange for Defective Items: Upon confirming the defect, we will facilitate an exchange with an equivalent product.
  3. Shipping for Defective Items: For defective items, OneGalleryPlace.com will cover the return shipping costs.
